Protecting Public interests
We successfully represented the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) in a high-profile case concerning intellectual property rights and copyright infringement related to the country's digital migration process.
Upholding Land Rights
We represented individual landowners in Kabale in a dispute with the Kabale Municipal Council. This case centered on the purchase rights of residents occupying houses and plots in government housing estates.
UGX 30Bn ($10M) compesation for 3,312 people
We represent a group of 3,312 settlers in Kibaale district who were seeking to recover over UGX 30bn as compensation against the Government for the destruction of their properties.
Resolving Institutional Conflict
We successfully mediated a long-standing property dispute between Makerere University Business School (MUBS) and Makerere University Kampala (MUK), paving the way for a peaceful resolution and continued collaboration between the two institutions.
