enry Rwaganika is a renowned legal luminary in Uganda, serving as the founder and Managing Partner of Rwaganika, Baku & Company Advocates. With a distinguished career spanning decades, he has established himself as a leading figure in the Ugandan legal landscape.
With over 3 decades of experience in the legal profession, Henry has built a reputation for providing reliable, efficient, and tailored legal services to his clients. He has gained significant expertise in a wide range of legal areas, especially commercial transactions, property disputes, corporate advisory, civil litigation, and multi-party dispute resolution. His extensive experience and deep understanding of legal issues in various contexts have equipped him with unparalleled insight into finding practical solutions to complex challenges, both locally and internationally.
Throughout his career, Henry has held several influential roles, providing legal counsel to a diverse range of organizations in numerous high-profile cases, including the Civil Aviation Authority, Uganda Revenue Authority, Uganda Broadcasting Corporation, Kabale University, and the Presidential Assistant for the Implementation of the President’s Manifesto. He has also served as legal counsel for various projects and institutions such as the South Western Umbrella Water Project, Bugema Adventist Senior Secondary School, and Paidha Town Council, among others.
His deep understanding of Ugandan law, coupled with his strategic thinking and exceptional advocacy skills, has made him a sought-after legal counsel.
Beyond his professional work, Henry has a strong commitment to community service. He has previously served as:
- Member of the Appointments Board of Makerere University
- Council member of Mbarara University of Science and Technology
- Founding member & Council member of Kabale University
- Legal counsel for the SAINTS SACCO Supervisory Committee
Henry has also served as and held board memberships at several prestigious schools, including Naalya Senior Secondary Schools.
Currently, he also serves as the Chairperson of the Governing Council for Uganda College of Commerce Kabale, reflecting his ongoing dedication to advancing education and supporting community development.
