llan Mugisha Turyahikayo is a Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda. He is also a member of Commission 9 FIG, which represents the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda.
Before joining the firm, Allan served as the Principal Valuation Officer at Housing Finance Bank and founded a property consultancy firm, SM Cathan Property Consult, specializing in surveying, titling, valuation, mapping, and preparing feasibility reports for construction projects.
Throughout his career, Allan has been involved in several high-profile projects, including:
- Valuation and asset realization for major financial institutions such as Stanbic Bank, Kenya Commercial Bank, Uganda Development Bank, Uganda Finance Trust Bank, and Cairo International Bank.
- Resurveying, mapping, boundary demarcation, and degradation assessment of Mabira Forest Reserve.
- Contributing to the Resettlement Action Plans for the East African Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Priority Areas.
- Working on the Resettlement Action Plans for the Kampala-Jinja Express Highway and the Kampala Southern Bypass.
- Conducting the feasibility study for the Proposed Kampala Southern Bypass.
- Providing valuation services for various organizations, including Civil Aviation Assets, Kampala International University, Uganda Railways Estates, and the Courts of Judicature.
His expertise in surveying and land matters, combined with his background in law, has proven invaluable in handling complex conveyancing matters with efficiency and precision. Allan’s rich experience continues to be a major asset to the firm.
